We process refunds as quickly as possible, but the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your original payment method.

PayPal: Refunds are typically processed immediately and should reflect in your PayPal balance in real-time. If you used a PayPal eCheck, the refund can only be processed after the original payment clears, which may take up to 10 business days.

Credit/Debit Card: It generally takes 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times. If you don't see the credit after 14 business days, we recommend contacting your bank directly.
Please note that filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank can significantly delay a valid refund, often by more than 75 days. We always recommend contacting us first for the fastest resolution.
