What can I do if I changed my mind about an item or order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, we strongly recommend contacting our Customer Care Team directly instead of filing a dispute with your bank. Disputing a charge can significantly delay a refund, sometimes by up to 75 days, whereas we can often process it much more quickly.

To request a change before your order has shipped, please reach out to our Customer Care Team immediately using our contact form and let us know which items you'd like to remove. Our team will handle your request with priority and do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been finalized for shipment.

Please be aware that your order is typically finalized for shipment shortly after being placed. Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
